Who We Are
Oza Invest Ltd is an indigenous and independent proprietary investment company, set up to play a leading role in impact investing across Nigeria. We invest in a diversified portfolio in a way that proves that finance can be a force for good both for the people and for the environment.
Our business model compels us to channel funds to assets that generate sufficient financial returns and impact shareholder value while also returning intentional and measurable social and environmental benefits to society.
We are fully owned by a select group of professional people who have traversed the entire spectrum of financial services in career and business. The company is incorporated in Nigeria where its presence is dominant. However, the goal is to, through strategic partnerships and alliances, have a presence in major financial cities in the United States, The United Kingdom, European Union and Asia.
We shall leverage on such alliances and presence to mobilize impact capital from global financial centres and invest them in commercially viable projects with social impact in Nigeria and across Africa.
Our strategy is to invest in sectors that create value, accelerate growth and impact society as well as generate adequate returns to shareholders. Some of the sectors we focus on include but may not be limited to Food and Agriculture, Health Care Services, Housing and Real Estate, and Water Resources.

INVESTMENT STRATEGIES
We carefully define the road map to achieving our goals and that of Oza Invest stakeholders.
• Impact Equities and Debt Instruments – We use equities. Quasi-equities and debt instruments to buy into companies that develop solutions that address critical sustainable challenges. Investee companies must be one that creates value and guarantees sufficient ROI and long-term sustainability.
• Financial Inclusion – We finance value-based entities in Africa that use financial services to deliver value that meets the needs of the underserved population.
• Sustainable Food Production – We aim at helping to accelerate food production to achieve sufficiency in Africa, helping farmers to achieve a level of financial independence and protecting our environment in the process.
• Energy – We provide investors with opportunities of investing in energy transition and system transformation through funds that invest directly in renewable energy.
