Oza Invest Ltd is a social impact company wholly owned by private shareholders from Oza-Nogogo community in Delta state of Nigeria.

The company was incorporated in 2022, to help catalyze development in Oza Nogogo community by harnessing the enormous potential that abound in both human and natural resources in the community.

The Company is now about to commence operations and therefore seeks to employ the following category of pioneer employees:

1) Business Manager

2) Relationship officers.

BUSINESS MANAGER

The business manager for the organization would typically be an individual with the following attributes.

1) a minimum academic qualification of a university degree or its equivalent in any discipline. He should not be more than 35 years old.

2) must have had a demonstrable experience of minimum of three years in managing business units.

3) a self starter and must be willing to work with minimal supervision.

4) must be energetic and ready to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

5) must have capacity for managing people and lead a strong team.

6) a strong understanding of the business environment and must constantly search for emerging opportunities.

7) he should preferably be an Oza Nogogo indigene. However where this is not the case, he must tick all the other boxes above

RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS

For the relationship officers, the company will be looking at persons with the following attributes.

1) OND, NCE or a good secondary school certificate.

2) does not necessarily have to have experience in sales or relationships management but must show the right attitude and capacity to learn.

3) Must be Oza Nogogo indigenes.
