Dr. Imudia brings to Oza Invest Ltd, a corporate deal structuring and investment advantage obtained in decades of international cross-border corporate legal practice.

He is a practicing attorney, entrepreneur and immigration consultant with over 25 year’ of experience and practice that extend to Nigeria, the United States and Europe.

An astute lawyer with cross-functional practice experiences which include but are not limited to corporate, investment and immigration briefs, Dr. Imudia has advised on critical projects and directed deals in different sectors of the economy.

He is currently the Executive Director of the Center for U.S. Immigration Services (cfuis.com) – a business and investment immigration law firm with headquarters in Tampa, Florida, U.S.A. He provides the needed leadership in this international firm and also oversees the company’s business acquisition portfolio, reengineering, and franchising programs.

An avid entrepreneur, he is the Chairman of Siotoh Holdings LLC, a Delaware Corporation (Siotoh.com). One notable entity of Siotoh Holdings is Otawise – a technology and software company. There is never a dull moment for him when it comes to innovation and business development.

He holds LL.B, LL.M (Maritime Law), M.Sc (International Commercial Law), DBA (Supply Chains Management) and Ph.D. (Sustainability Studies). He is a member of the American Bar Association and belongs to a number of professional associations including Member, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), Lincolnshire, United Kingdom.
